Alain Hanover, Managing Director and CEO - Navigator Technology Ventures

Mr. Hanover has over 30 years of experience in venture capital, executive management, software development, and engineering. He co-founded CommonAngels, Boston's leading Angel Investor group and investor in GateRocket. Previously, he co-founded InCert Software Corporation and led the company as President and CEO. In 1984 Hanover co-founded and served as President, CEO, and Chairman of Viewlogic Systems, Inc., an electronic design automation software company that he took it public in 1991 and grew it to $150M in sales when it was sold to Synopsys in 1997. He was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1993. Mr Hanover has been an early stage investor or advisor to more than 20 successful private companies.

Todd Hixon, Managing Director - New Atlantic Ventures

Todd has over 26 years of experience as a High-Tech investor and consultant. Todd currently holds a seat on the Board of Directors of Ember, Luminus Devices, GateRocket and Velox. Prior to joining NAV, he was a co-founder and Managing Director DFJ/NE. Before that, he was a Senior Vice President of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he founded the Technology and Communications Practice and managed it for twelve years during which it grew to $100 million of revenue, and subsequently became a partner in BCG's venture investment business. Todd was also the officer responsible for BCG's $50 million internal information technology activity.

Richard Lucier, President and CEO of Carbon Design Systems

Rick has more than 22 years in the EDA industry. He served as president and chief operating officer at Innoveda. Prior to Innoveda he served as a group vice president of Synopsys. Prior to Synopsys, he held various positions at Viewlogic Systems, Inc., including chief operating officer, group vice president, vice president of product engineering and director of consulting services. Coming up through the ranks, he also served in engineering positions at computer-aided-engineering software and computer companies.
